Based off of a previous question I asked, I have this co-worker, and she recently text me a video of me for when my job threw me a birthday party. So now I have her number. I don't know if she still has mine though. But to play my cards correctly and not go too fast, I still say hello to her face-to-face and she says hello back. But if I do have small talk with her, whether physically or through text messaging, what do I say? And how often should I text her or physically speak to her without her thinking that I'm obsessed with her? Please be nice.
What you don't want to do is get into a long drawn out text conversation over weeks or months. Send her one text maybe something funny see how that goes then ask her out in person. Do the non reject ask though. Tell her you will be at a certain spot on such and such a night and that she should come and hang out. If she says no then no big deal because you are already going either way so it's not a rejection. Then say okay maybe some other time? If she says sure then bam you are in.

Don't ever leave a paper trail with someone you work with. Do it all face to face. Anything digitally can be used against you.
I would send her a funny meme/GIF. If she has your number, she'll probably reply, and if she doesn't, she'll ask who it is and that way you can gauge if she's responsive to you or not.
You want to first come across as pretty casual so as not to make this weird at work, so this would be a chilled opener.
I would avoid texting unless you have developed at a minimum a friend relationship. Then if she is ok with it send a meme. If you are want a relationship with her that is a tricky situation. You HR would probably advise against it.

I voted 'yes', but not text - you should speak to her in person so you can see her face to face and read her body language as well.
You will know if she's pleased or not. :)
Definitely try talking to her more and more. You don't have to chase after her, so please don't do that, but whenever you bump into her, if she seems not in a hurry, start at least a short conversation, maybe smile, add in a joke regarding work or something. Keep it simple but memorable.
No no no and no. Don't do stuff with coworkers. At all. It always ends badly.
Don't if you don't want to risk losing your job.
TExt or call her.
Sure, send her a text, but keep it brief.
I think texting should be fine.
No reason you shouldn't!
