Boyfriend adding female coworkers?

Hi all,
My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years now. We moved in together about 8 months ago in a new city and both started new careers. He kissed w girl in the first few months of our relationship, we broke up and then I took him back. I don't know if this is relevant or not now but it sits uncomfortably in my mind as he has recently started adding his female coworkers on Facebook. For every male he adds, he adds 2 female. Is this something I should feel worried about? i don't know if I am just being petty and insecure or if normal guys do this even if they love the girl they are with? I don't believe he is texting them and he still tells me he loves me all the time. Feeling unsure of where his mind is at.

To be honest I don't know, however there really isn't a point in adding them on Facebook, I think people should keep their private life and work life separate. However on occasion you can make really good life friends from work but this doesn't seem to be the case.

If its just co-workers then its fine. But even if it wasn't, his probably just a friendly dude, doesn't mean his sleeping with them

He is a super friendly guy, super social and knows a ton of people. I just can't help but feel uncomfortable.

I think its totally innocent and it shouldn't be brought up only when you 100% know. He will lose his true self and then try and change and you dont want that. You love him for him
