A different coworker that I am friends with told me a few days ago that a female coworker has a crush on me. She gave me her number and has been texting me. Work has been awkward.. It just caught me off guard. I have never been with a woman or even thought to.. but I am not completely against it seeing as I identify as pansexual but like I feel so odd and awkward? Should I get involved? When I get a text from her I just feel so weird… what would you do?

Gay woman here. I was literally just telling a friend here about a situation not to different than this that I was in a few years ago.

She was still figuring out her sexuality and had been texting awhile. Then she decided to go on a date with me. That made the idea of being with a woman real for her and she ended it after that.

Moral of the story, she at least tried, because she didn't know what she wanted until she tried. Give it a shot if she at all interests you. Worst thing to happen is you realize you're not into women or at least not into her.
