This guy said he doesn’t drink or go partying or anything else. What could anything else imply?

Probably he is just not into that scene. I have guys that come into the bar and don't drink but just hang out with friends. It is not common but does happen. As far as the partying maybe just not into it or introverted? Everyone likes what they like and dislikes what the don't like. Those are just his preferences. To me it might mean he prefers a quiet night in versus noise and people. For the drinking that might be a personal or health decision.
