Don't change who you are. That never lasts and she will see you for what you are eventually. What you need to do is fins girls that are into your type. I love funny so that is a major plus and checks a box of mine. I'm a goofball myself so being able to laugh with someone is a good thing. Well mannered is also excellent. You may just not be meeting the rights girls. How do you typically meet them? Dating app? Bars? Where?

At the moment its everywhere, dating app, bars, friends of friends, i do meet a lot of women and im really outgoing, i just can't seem to not get “friend-zoned”. I do think its a confidence thing.
