Yeah. He’s doing drugs and slept with someone else. Probably best to let him go.

Well that’s good for him. Maybe he can find someone else and do better. It’s not my choice to make. I can’t tell you what to do. But if someone cheats on me especially sexually. It’s done. The chances of them doing it again are too high.
Also…. How is it a mistake? Do you accidentally do drugs and have sex with someone? Tell me. How is ANY of what he did a mistake? Was he sleep walking or something?
How is it cheating if you are only in the talking stage? Unless you both agreed to be exclusive he hasn't cheated on you
