A lot of guys date girls they dont really like that much (or at all), just because they can't have who they want. They’d rather be with someone they dont want than be alone. It is unfair to the woman and even himself.

I agree with you, except for the part where you say "a lot of guys", because in reality, it's a small minority, perhaps as many as 10%. However, in most of these cases, the girl is fully aware of his feelings, but commits to the guy anyway. That makes her just as responsible for the eventual outcome.

@MrOracle I'd like to add to that if I could. Also guy are typically only attractive to about 10% of women while 50 to 60 of women are attractive to men. So if a guy has to wait for a woman he's attracted to saying yes to him he might have to fold the tent on dating altogether. Sometimes a guy has to date a woman and build attraction. So don't really take offense to that pink anon.

I guess I've just been with both guys. The guy who didn't really want me and thought i was “ok enough” and the guy who would do anything to make me happy. It is a massive difference of connection, happiness, and genuineness of the relationship.

I met the former first, and i ended it with him without knowing for sure why because he was nice to me, but i looked back and it was the best decision i ever made. After him, i met the guy who loves me and would give the world to me.

So yeah @MrOracle you’re right, the girl does know what’s up, maybe not right away. @ChiTown33, i understand, i dont take offense (not anymore), i just avoid those kind of guys.

This is true - and yet, women - who are the gatekeepers of sex - still give men casual sex all the time. Are you going to blame the starving guy for accepting free food if you choose to offer it to him?

Casual sex typically doesn't have an emotional cost for men (it often has a financial/time/effort cost, but that's a different issue), but it virtually always does for women - DESPITE Feminism doing its best to tell women otherwise and to encourage them to sleep around like men because that means they are "reclaiming their sexuality." If a woman knows that casual sex is going to come with an emotional price, and still chooses to do it anyway, can she really blame the men? She's in almost all cases trading that casual sex to get other things she wants from men: attention, entertainment, gifts, or outright cash. It's a choice and a voluntary transaction.
