Do guys only like straight hair?

I have naturally wavy hair and women always complement my hair but when I’ve been on dates with men they’ve suggested I straighten it

I have really curly hair, and have had guys be turned off by it, and others obsessed. I used to straighten my hair all the time because I thought thats what guys liked, but I found it more rewarding finding a guy that is crazy about my natural hair. I also found that most guys are into curly hair.

If a guy ever said I should straighten my hair, Id drop him. Shows that he has this idealized person he's imagined, and that curly hair doesn't align and is therefor an 'imperfection'. You dont need that negativity.

wtf? i've never had a guy say "you should straighten your hair" to me in my life. what kind of "men" are you dating?

I think it might be an ethnicity thing because I’m mixed race but usually Latino men ask me out (I live in a predominantly Latino town) and then they tell me that their ex girlfriends had straight hair and that it looks better etc
