Basically if he liked you for more than sex then he would have already made efforts to date you and get to know you. Likely wouldn’t have had sex with you until you were in love with him and he would have done what he could to have you in his life longterm. Sounds like he didn’t do all that and because you had sex he thinks he can keep pestering you until you give in again.
