Why is this guy sticking around?

We're not close at all we just happen to know each other because of life circumstances, he has my number because reasons. Sometimes he texts me even though he doesn't write much and he constantly watches my stories, if I post something 2 minutes later or even less I see his view. I don't care about him, I'm annoyed by him and I don't understand why he's just hanging around and it seems like he just watches my life. Also he has a girlfriend, I hope this doesn't mean he's interested in some way? I don't want to send him wrong signals.

How are you sending him the wrong signals if you are annoyed by him? I am sure that signal is clear even if he doesn't want to take the hint. I'd love to know the reasons for him having your number. You don't elaborate on that part but it seems important how someone that annoys you so much got your personal information of any kind. If this guy is so annoying to you why not just block his number and social media accounts. I understand that it seems like a simple solution and that is because it is. You could do that at any point. You can restrict who sees you social media and who can contact you via phone. So why haven't you done that? Why are you creating an account online to ask what you should do when the solution is very easy...
