Should I still hangout with this guy?

He lives 4 hours away but is in town for some appointments. We talked one night and he asked if I wanted to go to a symphony with him when I was in his neck of the woods here in a few weeks and I said yes as long as I could get the day off from work. We also made plans to hangout the two days later. I wake up and he asked if we could meet up an hour later cause he had to drop someone off at work, I said yes. Later, I asked my boss for the day off on the day I would need for the symphony and she said yes so I texted them and let him
Know. No reply
Until 1am and he asked if my mom would wanna go with us to the symphony cause his friend (who I’ve never met and he said nothing about him joining us to begin with) is coming l. I feel like this is very rude and on top of that he didn’t confirm us hanging out, he usually does. I would have but I’m really annoyed about the symphony situation. Now I don’t know if I should just cancel or what I should do.
