these "ism" words have mutated from "describing legit oppression in a society" to "being a tool for every bitch to get rid of their obligations and responsibilities or to gaslight people into letting them fullfill their criminal sexual desires" by claiming they are oppressed. there's reasons we have age restricted areas in society. why should a 40 year old drag queen be allowed in kindergarden? why should a kindergarden kid be allowed in a strip club? that's not oppression.

I have not really, but going back to school in my 40s and having people 20+ years younger than I in classes, it does make me feel a bit awkward if I stop to think that a lot of my classmates were born this century or weren't old enough to remember things like the Challenger disaster, the first Gulf War, or even the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
Age-ism has always been an issue. I haven’t experienced it a lot personally outside of when I was a supervisor in my early/mid-twenties. I have seen people older have a hard time getting a job, for example, because they were looking for someone younger (not 50+)
Fortunately that's a kind of discrimination that I've never faced. There's something way more obvious than my age, so...

Very often from younger kids online to be honest. As soon as you get into a debate or argument online with them they use age against you saying "Aren't you a little old to be arguing with a teenager?"
This generation is the most entitled and worst. One day when they get older, I hope they come to understand what they're saying.People try it here which cracks me up. I'm better now than I have ever been. Look better than I did at 21, too.
every so often. some older people won't take me seriously in certain situations because i'm in my early 20s

Once or twice a week.
Not very often and even if I did, I'm at that age where I could care less. LOL

At 60 to 61 made a noticeable difference. After being cleared to return to work after an accident I've put in well over 65 apps. Only received 2 interviews and both a no go.
My kids make me feel old all the time , so I experience it a lot lately lol
I was unemployed for a year and a half. I know it was because of my age
Due to my height (4’8), sometimes. A few years ago, I went out to dinner with my parents. The hostess seriously offered me a kid’s menu. 🙄
Not very often, Im not young but I definitely dont act like an old person. I think Im fun and also im told I look younger than my age so maybe that helps.
Depending on who I'm spending time with. But can't blame people. I forget my age half the time and still have the urge to say I'm 21.Once you hit 50 it is very difficult to get a job.
Not yet, because I look closer to 40 than 70.
