Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) responded to an explosive news story this week that revealed that multiple people with suspected ties to ISIS have been arrested across the U. S. in recent days after illegally entering the U. S. southern border by saying that it was a “big damn deal.”

The eight ISIS terrorist suspects were arrested by personnel from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) made the arrests over the weekend in New York City, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia.

Illegals aren't merely found in agriculture. Democrats clearly don't want to vet the millions of illegals coming over the border, and, surprise, surprise, they aren't. The Democrats do, however, want to give the illegals amnesty. That's not "vetted legal labor" which anyhow mostly isn't needed.

Companies do donate to politicians from both parties. And what do they get- leftist policies that benefit them. And Republican politicians are indistinguishable from Democrats on most issues. That's a feature, not a bug.

As for your claim that the C-suite and corporate boards are "Republican", do you have anything backing up that claim? Are you seriously going to claim that people like Larry Fink are Republicans? Individual shareholders are going to be a mixed bag, but not institutions, and institutions manage and therefore control a lot of shares. Guess what? They are dominated by Democrats.

Reagan granted amnesty. Now we have three choices, deportation, amnesty or a path to citizenship. Deportation is out of the question for a gazillion reasons. A general amnesty would be a revolution in the streets from every side but the far left. That leaves a path to citizenship as the only viable option. I would propose a LONG timeline before granted, say 15 years AND they must pay back taxes trom the time of their illegal arrival until the usa is made whole again. Minors get granted citizenship immediately. Dems negotiated and SUPPORTED the border bill trump ordered killed despite it being a 40 year GOP wish list.
