We have 2 college classes together and yesterday was the last day of the semester. We've become friends over the last few months and I've really grown to like him/am attracted. He has a girlfriend and I respect that--it's not like I flirt with him or anything. But I have been sensing that he may be attracted to me. Yesterday we were leaving class and he just stopped as we were talking and he made no point to leave. We literally stood there for like 40 minutes just talking! He was being kind of awkward, which is not at all like him... so why would a guy stick around when he clearly doesn't have to and we've never even hung out before?

More info: we've met up with a few others for studying and he always sits next to me even though he has 2 guy friends in the one class. He holds eye contact with me like no one else! He'll stare for like 10 seconds straight while speaking to me and never breaks it... he has also brushed against my hand a few times and I'm not sure if it was on accident or not...
