this guy isn't really consistent and I got mad at that and blocked him. He even said love you once and he's jealous everytime he sees a guy near me. He likes me but I feel like he doesn't want to commit

Then let him know how you feel.

“I care about you, I might even love you. But you’re not open and honest with me. You’re not consistent. I think you might have feelings for me. But then you do this, that, and the third. I will take some time away from you, to allow you to think this relationship through. I want what is best for the both of us. And I want you to be happy. Wether that’s with me, or without me. If you don’t want to commit or you don’t want anything serious, that’s completely fine, just let me know.”

And then actually take a break. Take a week break or a month-long break.

Thank you thats a good idea. I spoke to him about it before, i kind of forced him back into a relationship. But then the last time I asked him to commit, he said that I kept blocking him and saying how im not taking t hings seriously. But I just feel like he doesn't want to commit. Yet he keeps bothering me messaging me days apart or weeks. But he just keeps coming back. And when his family came to live with him, he didn't message me for three weeks. I am so confused I dont know if its the language barrier because English isn't his first language. We just have sex everytime I see him and I dont know if thats the reason why he keeps comimg back

If you want, and if you’re like me.

You could rather opt for an “Open-Relationship”.
This means. You’re in a relationship and he is your main person and you are his.
But you can mess around with other people as long as you use protection. You could have a side-dude, and he could have a side-chick. As long as you’re being safe.

This way, no one has to lie to anyone. No one has to play hide-and-seek and play games. Or get hurt.

I’m completely fine with Open-Relationship, because I’m also immature and I catch crushes on other guys too. I don’t like to be restrained. As long as he comes home at the end of the night, it’s cool with me. 🤷🏻‍♀️
So if you really “LOVE” this guy. And you don’t see yourself leaving him. This is a great idea.

You could also think about this dynamic during that BREAK-PERIOD. Everything should be communicated and talked about. That BREAK-PERIOD, is an ultimatum. To see if he really cares about you. But if you sense that he’s too young and immature for seriousness or monogamy. The Open-Relationship dynamic could literally work for you.
