Well everybody bad idea started with a temptation. If IG is so problematic for you then just don’t use it. Delete your account and block it from your phone if you have to.

The biggest problem I have with IG is the empty calorie “sugar high” so many women get from posting suggestive pics of themselves. That virtual attention is enough to give them fleeting validation when tons of idiots like and comment on their posts telling them they are hot and beautiful.

I don’t follow IG models. I never like and comment on pics of women I don’t know. Especially when it’s obvious they are just looking for a quick fix to their attention addiction.

But why do so many men waste their time liking and commenting on female IG model profiles? You got a better chance of winning the lotto then getting something like that. Women don’t meet up with randos online just because you connected with them on IG. Especially nowadays. So why do so many pathetic idiot guys enable this? If men stopped wasting their time doing this crap then fewer women would all the IG model crap that’s bad for everyone in the long run.

No, with that mindset, anything is a “cheating factory”. If someone is going to cheat, they’re going to do it regardless of social media or not. I don’t see how specifically Instagram would be a cheating factory. I use it to post photos of my cat and general outdoors.

I do not. I think if you’re gonna cheat, you’re gonna cheat. Instagram or anything else isn’t the cause of cheating. If someone is worried about getting cheated on pay attention to what you’re doing too not just your partner.

If someone is going to do it, social media (or lack thereof) is certainly not going to stop them. Way back when, people slept around but there wasn't soil media, telephone or even telegraph, if one goes back far enough.

Does (more or less) instantaneous communications facilitate the scheduling of said liaisons? Of course.

It absolutely is, by having it a woman is available to get DMs from high status men all over the world. Women know this which is why they post slutty pictures to advertise their availability even when they are supposedly in relationships. This is why Myron Gaines rightly says its cheating and why I wouldn't let my wife have an IG even if she wanted one.

Absolutely. It also helps you delete messages easily without either party knowing you ever sent it in the first place. WhatsApp adopted this but it shows you've deleted a message.

Depends who a person talks to on there I guess. I basically only talk to moms on IG giving out breastfeeding support so not like cheating would happen but obviously everyone uses it for different reasons. Maybe some to cheat? Not sure

What Instagram and other social media platforms do is exaggerate and already excessive desire for attention. Women are especially susceptible to an amplified desire for attention and will do, wear, say almost anything for more 'likes".

Let's add that women post overly sexual pictures to generate sexual interest. Why would any man tolerate this from a woman he is in a relationship with.

It certainly is but only for women as it's a visual platform where mostly women get to show themselves for male validation. It has globalized the sexual marketplace where the average female now has access to the top 5% of global males.
