Is this a thing that happens with some type of men? Literally taking her for granted until she finally has the guts to walk away and stand on it?

Yeah some people can be ungrateful or unappreciative. In my experience though I have not gotten that far since no woman has found me attractive

Very few women are ever that special. I think I've met one. Possibly 2 like that in my lifetime.
