5' 7' is only two inches below average so I would not expect that to be a problem. However, the fact that your life goal is to get many notches on your bedpost is likely to be a much bigger problem.

I think your problem is going to be you want to have sex with many women. Why not just get a girlfriend and have sex with one woman? To answer your question though no it isn't going to be an issue for most. Some girls like taller guys sure. Some aren't going to care if you are a good dude. I am the exact same height as you and guess what? All four of my serious relationships my partner has been within an inch or two of my height. My ex was about an inch shorter than me. My current girlfriend is about an inch taller. I tend to be attracted to people around my own height though I do think it is a subconscious thing.

You're probably better off if you just pack one of your own from your homeland. The ones here are made with plastic (surgery), and despite looking cheap cost far too much.
