I asked my man to cut off a woman he was secretly talking to, and he seems to be still talking and meeting up with her? What should I do?

he got busted when I found out that he messages her and talks to her often. So I told him to cut her off since he kept it a secret from me. But recently I found out that he goes to grab coffee from the same cafe and at the same time she goes, just so he could bump into her. He also gives her music to listen to and stalks her LinkedIn activity.
