Guys, Do do you get turned off by acne?

I've recently been diagnosed with celiac and dairy intolerence. I have acne marks on my face and back because of this. It's starting to reduce because I have cut off the foods from my diet but the marks will take like 2 to 3 months to fade. Are guys put off by acne?
