Guys, do you mind back acne?

I have lots of back acnes, they're not severe case like big red acnes everywhere, they're more like spots, kinda like this picture. I'm treating it by home remedies but nothing seems to work. My finance is not very good right now so getting a treatment from dermatologist is a bit out of the question now. Do guys find it a big turn off? I'm dating this guy and I really like him, but I'm afraid he'll find me unattractive and a turn off.

acne is the name of the condition not the pimples it causes, and no it's just a young persons thing.

I broke out once hated it and felt ugly use alba ancedote face and body scrub it will get rid of it

Not the slightest? Isn't it unattractive? All the girls around me always say it's such a turn off, especially during sex. My ex said he didn't mind care, but he also cheated on me so I can't trust his words.

Anyhow, I don't care about face, back or any acne for that matter. I have other preferences that are way more important.
