If a girl asks to give her some time…do I wait for her to contact me?

There is this girl who I hung out with before she left for a week. I contacted her during the week asking where she’s like this relationship to go. She replied asking to be given sometime. It’s been 3 days since. Do I wait for her to contact me…or am I right and she decided I’m not worth her time anymore?

if i actually wanted to date someone, i wouldn't be like "give me some time to answer." that to me sounds like "how long can i stall this uncomfortable conversation i don't want to have?"

it's just usually not a good sign. just play it out in your mind. ask someone where the relationship is going. she says give me some time to respond. haven't heard from her in days. i don't see a situation where she'll reply back and be like "yes let's continue" because it just seems like she's uncertain, on the fence, and leaning more towards the side of dipping out instead of staying.

Give her space and let her sort out what she needs to sort out. If you push for an answer you encourage the no, just so she can resolve it. Having just met her you have absolutely no idea what she has going on in her life and you need to let her live how she needs to live. You’ve reached out to her once, now the ball is in her court and leave it her. You push anymore you will start to come off like a crazy person and no woman wants that in her life.

Based on my personal experience with this, I would wait at least a week maybe 2 before messaging her again.
