What should I do if I’m embarrassed to take my boyfriend to my friends’ gathering?

So my boyfriend isn’t conventionally physically attractive, he’s the type people usually won’t find attractive. But I think he’s attractive to me of course, I like him so much. But the thing is my friends’ boyfriends are handsome and attractive guys and they are gonna compare with each other’s, since mine is the least attractive compared to theirs and I feel embarrassed to take him to the gathering
