What does it mean when a guy chats to u for two days on dating site but doesn't invite you on a date?

It could mean anything. It could mean that he is still trying to get to know you and not ready to ask you out on a date yet. It could mean that he got to know what he wanted and decided that you were not a good fit and didn't ask you out. Also could mean that he doesn't think that you are interested in him. It is hard to convey that you like someone through written words. People can interpret things in different ways. If you really like the guy ask him if he wants to do something. The answer you get back will tell you where you stand.

Nothing. I never do that. Women will tell you on their profiles over and over again about how they want to get to know you first, blah blah blah. OK, so I let HER decide when she's ready to meet. If she doesn't ever say anything about meeting then we don't meet.

Women need to understand the rules of ONLINE dating are not the same as offline dating.

You might have to. You've talked with him a while. You should be able to gauge whether you have good enough rapport to meet. I've talked to women who've literally typed 3 sentences to me and then wanted to meet. And I've had women that I've talked to for weeks and then the conversation just kind of fizzled

It means that he doesn´t think he knows enough to ask for a date. Maybe he thinks that he wants to get to know you more online first before he´s comfortable meeting you in person.
