Either he does mean it, it was a slip due to the positive emotions he was experiencing after the fun-fun, or you and him were meeting in secret, and whoever was with someone else, left, and now he seeking more. I asked him many times, he said he likes me and that we can date but I asked if he will commit, he seems like he can't

Well the thing is he didn't say it directly. We were dating and then I broke up with him because I was wondering why he didn't text me on Christmas and on weekends. Then we hung out again and he said I hurt his heart. And then we got back together because I asked him. I said I will delete my dating app and he said that he won't. Then I thought that if i gained his trust again, he would change his mind. Then one time he dropped me home and said he loved me. And then months later I asked one more time if he would commit, he said that i'm not taking it seriously and that I blocked him.
