Is it ok for a college freshman to date a high school senior if we're both 18?

I'm a freshman in college and I matched with a high school senior. We are both eighteen years old and hit it off. I'm 3 months older. But I don't wanna get in any trouble with the law so is this ok or not?

why would there be anything wrong... you're litterally the same exact age. who cares if one is still in highschool, that's not illegal
