Not really. If I have no interest in a girl, it doesn't make my life any better if she approaches me. The only exception to this is if she approaches me in front of other girls and in doing so I appear more attractive to other girls due to social proof.

Not necessarily. Consent is important, and if she isn't confident enough to approach me, then I'm likely sending her some sort of mixed signal that's giving her second thoughts. Usually I'll approach her if I see her big bulgy wulgy through her pants
