Cousin relationships are illegal in some parts of the world but are legal in the majority of countries and in about half of the US states. You need to know the law of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

Aside from legality, I think it matters whether this is a cousin with whm you grew up, spent time together like siblings, or is a slightly more distant normal cousin relationship.

There are people who will criticize you endlessly, and living with that disapproval is a factor to consider.

You also need to think about whether your intention is to simply have sex with your cousin, or to seek a relationship which you might want to make permanent. The incidence of genetic mutations in the offpring of cousin couples is not much higher than the incidence in the general population, but you would want to seek some genetic counselling before having a child with a cousin.

Finally, what if you get into a relationship, it doesn't work, and you have an acrimonious break up. How will that work at the next family event afterwards?

Nah, I am not attracted physically or in any other indecent or inappropriate way to any of my family or extended family member, including cousins, uncles and ants. This is something that is just revolting in my eyes.

I believe that the porn industry makes a very fine job to fry people's brains by (probably) showing visuals like that. I am quite sure that this kind of inappropriate attraction very seldom happens but that industry has to find new ways to attract more people to view their deviant visuals.

One of my male cousins gave another girl cousin of mine a foot massage at a wedding reception a couple years ago.
