I was thrilled. I was maybe 8ish? and had a crush on a boy. We held hands at recess. 💕

I was 9 years old. We were at the drive -in theater. My Mom took us. It was: in the front seat - my Mom, myself, the boy that liked me Bob, my sister and her boyfriend in the backseat.
Not long after the movie started, he gave me a nudge on my side. I looked over at hum, and I saw his ✋ hand on his leg face up, moving all his fingers at once towards the palm of his hand Luke to show me he wanted to hold my hand. I didn't! Then he. took my hand and started holding it. I almost threw up! Seriously! I wispered to my Mom to go to the bathroom with me. I told her what he was doing 🤮. She told me not to worry and took me back to the car. When we got back in the front seat, she sat in between me and BOB 🤢. There was no love there. Horrible night!

I don't know. I guess that'd be my 2nd girlfriend and, there was much other stuff going on, IF we even ever HELD HANDS, I just wasn't paying attention and can't even remember it. Besides, it was just over 40 years ago.
