The title would probably be changed from Mars to the planet and the Uranus for the men and change Venus to the planet Milky way because we love Milkyway chocolate bars.

Some potential update: Men can be from Venus too, and women from Mars. Approximately 31.2% of either can be on the other planet whether they identify as the opposite or not. (Yes, I just made that number up but you can’t proved otherwise)

Now Pluto will will represent non-binary as it has been stripped of its status as a planet as some people throw off the cloak of categorizations and immerse themselves in self-denial and neediness for attention.

Asexuals will claim the moon because it is so barren and lifeless yet so close to a vibrant planet Earth that it both pains and confuses them.

Swingers and Frat Bros will claim planet earth because why not, no one else did.
