When I first met my guy, I just had a birthday and was used to saying my old age. I accidentally said my old age. Then once I realized I panicked and just went along with it. That was a few months ago. If I tell him now, do you think he will dump me for not correcting myself because he will think I’m dishonest? We are crazy about each other.

dude, you need to come clean. the longer you wait the worse it is. For example, if you had just corrected yourself instead of "panicking" it wouldn't have even been a blip on the radar. Even if you had waited a few days, then said you had panicked, it's understandable. Now, you're months in, it's only a matter of time you're hanging out with mutual friends or family who will out you on your age.
Sit him down, tell him how embarrassed and silly you feel, and hopefully he will think it's a cute thing that you did.

Honesty is critical. However, innocent mistakes do happen. It shouldn't be a big deal anyway, so just tell him. Correcting something sooner than later is probably best.
