I haven’t talked to my boyfriend in two weeks after my dad died. I told him I was grieving and he told me things were going to be okay but that was the last time I heard from him.

I can understand how you feel.
When the same thing happened to me, I didn't talk to my girlfriend for around three months and then when I did I said you didn't even check up on me once in these three months, which was wrong of me in hindsight but I was not in the right headspace at that time to understand that.
So, I would suggest, if you want to talk to him please do, the pain you are feeling won't go away completely but if you have someone to talk to it would definitely help.
