Is it reasonable not to know if two people are a couple?

I've seen a fellow female student around a few guys each in the past, until she ended up with one of them solely. But beforehand it looked like she was together with each of them one after the other. Like, one was standing close to her almost kissing her, one had his arm around her while talking to the others, and one had even kissed her.

Hmm that's a tricky situation man. Us guys can definitely overthink stuff sometimes too. I wouldn't say it's unreasonable to be unsure what's up at first glance. A few thoughts:

- Some girls just love attention and flirt hard without committing to anyone yet.

- Could be she's dating around and feeling out her options before deciding. Nothing wrong with that as long as everyone knows where they stand.

- Early days of a relationship things can be blurry too before making it official on socials and all that.

- Maybe she's just very touchy-feely with friends in general and dudes read into it assuming romance.

Best thing is don't stress too much about what you don't know for sure. If you're into her, maybe ask one of the guys what the deal is - they'll probably know who she's actually with or if she's still exploring. Or if you're close enough, you could even ask her for clarity yourself. Otherwise, just let it play out and it'll become apparent in time. Don't lose sleep over what may or may not be, ya feel?
