Well, yes, in the sense that it's always rude not to reply at all. But I think there's something else going on here. I think she wants you to be a take-charge guy and say, "I have tickets to see XYZ next Saturday night, would you like to go with me?" If she's busy that night, she'll tell you. If not, she'll say yes. But asking her for her availability is like, "When can you fit me in between all your other dates?" It doesn't really make you seem like a high-value guy, see what I mean? You think you're being polite. She thinks you're being kinda wimpy!
