My ex is upset with me because they ‘found out’ I was talking to someone. It was mainly because they asked me if I did and I said no. I feel like since I wasn’t dating anyone I didn’t have to explain myself. My ex didn’t apply pressure to get back together nor made time for me so we could talk. Am I honestly in the wrong?

she can be upset/sad all she wants but you don't HAVE to tell her anything. if you didn't want to say you were seeing someone, then you can totally say no, even if you were! this is your ex. they don't need to know about your love life or anything in your life
