This guy and I have been together for the past two months. We communicate daily via text, occasionally engaging in random phone conversations. On average, we meet three times a week for dinner dates, shopping trips, or casual hangouts. His friends are aware of this, and I’ve met one of them. We’ve clarified that neither of us is involved with others. Recently, he’s been subtly suggesting joining me on the trip I’m planning to see my cousin, and I believe he wants me to invite him. I intend to ask him soon if he would like to go.
Despite experiencing anxiety and tending to overthink, I find comfort in our time together. Tonight, we discussed the possibility of meeting up, but due to his long day, it didn’t work out. I simply feel more at ease when I’m in his company.

To me, this guy really seems invested in you from where I'm standing! You guys are still pretty early on, but here are some signs he's interested in taking things further:
- Communicating daily and having regular dates shows he wants to make you a priority in his life. That's a good start.
- Introducing you to friends and clarifying exclusivity means he's not afraid others will know about you two. That takes balls.
- Suggesting joining your trip is freaking huge! He wants to turn your "some" time into "all" the time.
- Even on a tired night he still tried to see you. Guys usually cancel plans when they're not feeling it.
Sounds like you really care about each other already too. As scary as it is, I'd say go for inviting him on the trip - what's the worst that could happen? He says no but respects you asked? Big whoop. More likely he'll be stoked. Keep developing that trust, it'll help with the overthinking. Proud of you for putting yourself out there!
He sounds pretty serious.
