Is it wrong to assume that if I am dating a rich white woman that I don't have to buy her dinner since she has the money for it anyway?

No but it´s wrong to assume that she´s willing to date you. Your goal seems to be avoid situations where you have to spend money on her than I´d rather advice you to go friends with benefits and a relationship model where none of you have responsibility for the other one.
I don´t think it´s wrong I just think it´s to believe a rich woman would go out with a guy that doesn´t want to spend money on her since if she´s rich the least thing she has to worry is attention from guys. Plus it makes you look bad since instead of providing you want to receive in that relationship. So she´ll probably lose respect for you and look for another guy.
