It’s happened. But flirting in these professions is a lot of times misinterpreted. Number one in retail, customer service, and in the service professions. They have to be nice… Even if you’re creeping them out. Because they will get into trouble. You can generally tell if someone’s being simply professional.

Also in professions where they get tips some will flirt for higher tips. Fake flirting is generally very over the top.

But also real flirting…. Will a lot of times be very subtle. Because then again. They don’t want to get in trouble. So yes, it can be harder to tell.

I generally know when I’m being hit on. A lot of times if I’m not that into her, taken, or just don’t know her. I just move on with my day. Remain friendly and pretend I didn’t notice
