Would you date or even marry a person with baldness?
- 2.1K opinions shared on Dating topic.
+1 yHonestly, I'm not attracted to it and will always prefer long hair on women, but the truth is there are women that still look beautiful after and can still pull it off. However, they would definitely all still look better with long hair.
On another note, if I'm with a girl and she loses her hair through a health condition, I'd never leave her because of that. But if she CHOSE to remove her hair that's another story. It shows she's not the girl I fell in love with and doesn't care about what I'm attracted to.00 Reply

I started losing my hair at 21. Not sure why. All of my family had their hair. But yeah want to talk about confidence killer. I equated it to a female losing her breast. As far as confidence goes. What’s funny most women say no it doesn’t bother me. Yet I went to the country bars and that hat was always the first thing the would grab. To see if there was hair under there. Lol relentless

My husband had a great head of hair when we married, and now he shaves it bald after it started receding a bit. He's only gotten hotter to me with age, so absolutely no complaints here! <3 If you love a (wom) man, it really won't matter if they lose their hair.

Well don’t put too much hope in any of that. We ( bald guys) all reacted the same. Panic! And there were wolves waiting to capitalize on it. Multibillion dollar lie. The treatments, oils , meds, cover up’s the surgeries. In the end you succumb to the reality it’s a losing battle.
+1 yI am surprised over how many women said no. I mean, I found hair to be a person's most attractive feature (and its not like many guys in my age range are bald) but I'd be cool with dating a guy who was losing his hair

Look, it's very unlikely that I would continue to be with this man when he's fully lost his hair. It's pretty unreasonable for me to think I'd meet someone now and stay with them until my early 30s. So, his balding really doesn't change much. And on the flipside, if we do stay together for that long, the guy's my soulmate, of course I'm not dumping him now. 10+ years and we'd break up over hair? No way.
Also I find guys look better shaven completely than keeping their remaining hairline

+1 yI don't care how much hair the man has, I am more interested in his personality and whether his morals align with mine.

u +1 yDating a bald girl would be weird. I don't think I would ever feel any sexual attraction to her.

I may have seen a woman wearing a wig and not realized it. I have certainly seen women who had badly thinning hair and it was unattractive.
Admittedly, baldness would probably be a strike against them. I like hair, you know? But some women really can pull off the bald look.
Even if they can't, hair is just one part of the equation. If I really like a girl, her being bald isn't going to stop me. (My crippling anxiety will do it instead.)
10 Reply1.2K opinions shared on Dating topic. I have a shaved head and don't understand why people use it as an insult (particularly in the US it seems). tbh, I think I look better looking than most people with hair.
And well, it's less ideal on a woman since hair is associated with femininity. But I don't mind it. I'm pretty open and it's about the whole package.
12 Reply- +1 y
Well, no, it's receding. I don't think women care tbh. Like it's the whole package anyway. Hair is just one thing out of a million possible things. I'm not exactly hankering over me in my early 20s. I don't care about that any more.
These things are more about how you feel about yourself. All the monstrosities always get girls. And it's because they have the bollocks to ask women out and don't overly invest themselves in women.
+1 yIt's all about attractions and I have never really been attracted to such men yet

+1 yInvoluntary baldness due to chemo/radiation or severe alopecia, yes.
Voluntary baldness in support of someone else undergoing chemo/radiation, yes.
Voluntary baldness as a political statement or style choice, no.10 Reply 1.9K opinions shared on Dating topic. Sounds shallow but nope. I wouldn't be physically attracted to her. That wouldn't be fair for either of us if I ignored the fact that I didn't find her attractive.
I would however continue to date a lady I'm already seriously involved with if she started balding.

+1 yI don’t care about baldness. Baldness would only look bad on me, haha.

Oh, I agree. Like Demi Moore in GI Jane - she looked great. I don’t think it’ll work on me though, lol.

Completely bald would look best, in my opinion.

Beards are in!
Yes I would, shave it all, and leave the beard!

No. I think there are a lot of handsome bald men.

Yes, I would.

I’d love him to shave it all. I’d help him shave off the rest of the hair.
He can keep the facial hair as he wishes, I don’t have any special preferences.
+1 yOnly if he was an exceptional great person since I'm not attracted to bald men.
03 Reply- +1 y
My husband is not getting bald at all but even if he does I'm deeply in love and attracted to him. My dad is in his 60s and is not getting bald. My grandpa never went bald. Not all men will get bald.

@Whitewulf obviously yes

Gotcha the wording got confusing. And I’ve always assumed women would want that on a man they were intimate with because it’s cleaner and feels better. So I do. But more recently have been reading that girls like men to have hair down there, trimmed but still. For me I don’t mind if women have hair around their pussy, it’s kinda hot
- +1 y
@Shedzij567 how about bald body everywhere?
- +1 y
Yes do not like body hair
- +1 y
Yes all hairless
- +1 y
@Shedzij567 hopefully your pussy and asshole are the same way. Makes eating them much more fun

Hahaha just stating the truth! If I’m licking her asshole I want it to be free of hair

@Shedzij567 you should put your yoga pants/leggings picture up again 😍

13 year old girls like a fluffy haired dress wearing harry styles. Women in their late teens and 20s appreciate more rugged looks. I mean, again, generalising, and obviously, there's the charm of youth. Nothing wrong with those younger fluffy haired guys either. Everything doesn't have to be so black and white.

I'm bald/balding still got some hair but keep it close shaved, in fact I started shaving it before I started losing it, so much easier to manage. First time I thought about it I was at the barber with my partner (at the time) and told the barber, No1 please, my partner said "No Way" and wouldn't let him do it. I went back without her and got it done, when I got home she was like WTF! but then said, "actually it looks pretty good"
More recently, I've had a few women say "I wouldn't normally date a bald guy but I'm into you!"
Must be my innate charm and charisma and the fact that for a bald guy I look younger than my years!
:D :D :D - +1 y
Oh yeah, and in answer to the question, I would date a girl who was bald, if I found her attractive it wouldn't bother me...
Anonymous(18-24)+1 yI'm a guy and I wouldn't date a balding woman.
