If you do actually have phimosis, then a visit to the doctor or the urologist will unfortunately be the only option you have to take care of it.

If on the other hand, you are only panicked because you think you have a penile issue, then you have not much to worry about in terms of physical disadvantage.

You can try to use ointments or creams that are specially made for use with tight skin such as phimosis. Check the web with your favorite search engine.

Phimosis is quite a common cause for concern by males but it is not something that is debilitating. The condition could just be temporary or you may just have a light case of tight foreskin.

Wouldn't worry about it until you know it is a problem. When you do have sex and IF it is a problem then see a doctor. If there are no current issues then don't worry about it. Sounds like you are insecure about appearance? Don't be. We all have stuff about our bodies we don't really like. Any good girl isn't going to judge you based on the look of your penis. A friend of mine resolved the issue by using a kit consisting of a series of latex gauge rings. It took some time, but it CAN be fixed that way, at least for some cases.

These is minor surgery that can loosen the foreskin. I don't know why you don't want to get this done to solve the tightness. It's simple and will heal quickly and you'll be done.

You might have some discomfort for a week or so, but you'll have a lifetime of relief.
