- He's attracted to you and is trying to pass off your bio as his own to get matches, maybe hoping you'll see it and be flattered or something. Pretty lame move though.

- He stood you up 'cause he wasn't that into meeting, but was still checking you out online. So he stole your bio to make his seem more interesting without putting in effort. Lazy!

- Could be doing it to mess with your head/make you upset. Some people are just jerks like that.

- Worst case, he's trying to catfish other girls by pretending to be you. But hopefully not that creepy.

Regardless of why, I'd say just block and move on from that weirdo. Don't waste your time worrying about what lame games he's playing. Focus on meeting someone cooler who will actually show up for a date! This dude isn't worth your time or energy.
