He updated his dating profile, should I be worried?

So I recently started seeing this guy, we haven't talked about being exclusive, but I've just kind of assumed we are as I'm not talking to anyone else and he seems very invested in me. We go to the same college and have been on a few dates, all of which have gone very well, and last weekend he stayed the night at my apartment both Friday and Saturday, but we didn't just hook up, we cuddled and talked all night. We get lunch together on campus during the week and hang out all the time so it's not like we are just hooking up. When we're not together he tells me he misses me, and we pretty much act like a couple even though we aren't official. It's fall break for our school now so I went home, and since he is in ROTC he went to some rotc training program, where I'm sure he wouldn't even be able to hook up with any other girls. But when I logged onto my bumble account, which is how I met him, to show one of my friends his picture, I saw he had added a new photo to his account. One I could tell he had taken just yesterday because I saw him before I left. It kind of hurt a little because I guess I thought we had something special, and don't know why he would feel the need to keep talking to other girls, and even if he was, why he would update his profile. Am I overreacting about this or should I really be worried that he is not as into me as I thought?
