Guys, What’s one thing a girl can do that will make you instantly want her?

I’m mainly talking about a girl that you aren’t dating. This could be any girl whether it’s random, friend, coworker etc. What things would make you instantly fall in love?

Be compatible with me, and this literally happened to me in the past. A customer who I visited frequently had hired two new female employee's. One much prettier than the other, so naturally the prettiest of the two got a bit more of my attention and I overlooked the other at first. But then as we sat down for lunch people who already knew her began bringing up her hobbies which aligned perfectly with mine. Instant shift, now she was the one I wanted until I learnt she was taken.

My last girlfriend? Same thing, at first I just thought she "was one of those girls" and I wasn't interested even though she looked pretty. If she is honest and trustworthy, even in situations where she could have got away with lying, that increases my interest. Also, if she doesn't do drugs, smoke, or drink alcohol or have any tattoos. If she is into board games, table top RPGs, video games, or biking, that increases my interest. Her being direct and telling me if she likes me instead of trying to give hints, I like that too. And of course, if she voted for Trump AND knows the policies that caused her to vote that way too.
