We've been seeing each other for about three weeks, and I'm not too keen on the fact that he's started following back the girls who followed him on Instagram. I get that it might be too early to feel this way but it's bothering me. I know I don't really have the right to question why he follows random girls at this point but it's affecting my interest in him, and he's noticed my decreasing interest and asked if something's up. Should I be upfront about it and share my feelings, or should I keep it to myself and respect his personal life? I want to clarify, it's not about jealousy or insecurity. It just makes me uncomfortable to see him pursuing other girls while we're dating.

Just be open and have a talk with him, do not make a huge thing about it (yet), say you find it upsetting, annoying etc and that you would like him to understand. See how he takes it, if he keeps doing it and ignores you, then you decide if he is worth the hassle to date.

I follow random people I don't know that's because I follow them for their content... I mean I don't have to follow friends just because we have a relationship and don't you what is funny opposite attracts I bet you follow more males than girls

Personally, it's early enough that I would just stop seeing someone over that. Obviously it's a red flag. If he asks you about it, I would say feel free to be truthful. But what he has to say in reply would make no difference for me
