Maybe start with asking to follow each other's socials or Instagram DMs first so you can both get used to that level of openness. Going straight to swapping phones totally unannounced is kinda sketch, even if you mean well.

If you "motivate" her, coerce her or otherwise force her to change her phone, then you are a toxic person that wants to dominate others and not let them think for themselves. Also, why would you want your girlfriend to change her phone? Are you going to pay for a new phone or do you want her to change it but let her pay by herself?

Anyway, if your girlfriend wants to change her phone, it is her own business and she will do it at her convenience, not at yours.
