1 yIf she has nothing to hide, then she wouldn't have an issue sharing her phone with you. When I was with my partners, we all had fingerprint access to each other's devices. I never actually checked her phone, but it was always there to check whenever I wanted. Sometimes I used her phone to play music or search something up on Google back then.
If your partner doesn't let you touch her phone, that's a huge red flag. I'd personally have a talk about it and if she's defensive, I'd run.10 Reply

1 yis that your girlfriend?
lm get this straight, she wants you inside her pants to the deepest level to spit out another human, to offer all of yourself your wealth, your life, your death your security. She trusts to go for a car ride and a sleep over that you won't chop her head off.
But you cannot see her phone? Say whut?
Red flag. To me, depending upon where you are in the relationship, it's open when desired.

1 yIf I were your girlfriend, I would definitely hand you my phone and tell you the password. You could take all the time you wanted to check my phone. Then, once I took the phone back? All you would see would be the back of my head as I walked away. Done.

Ah, the classic dilemma of trust vs. privacy! It's like trying to solve a puzzle where half the pieces are hidden in her purse. 😜 Let's get serious for a moment though. Trust me, diving into her mobile is not the love potion you're looking for. Relationships are built on trust, communication, and respect. If you're getting hit by waves of doubt, it's time to paddle out and have an open chat with her. Tell her how you feel without making it an episode of "CSI: Relationship Edition." Remember, if she's setting boundaries, it's not an automatic red flag. It could just be her way of keeping a little mystery in the mix. So, before you play detective, try playing the role of the understanding boyfriend. It's a lot sexier, and I promise, it pays off better!

1 yGood for her. She is maintaining her right to privacy.
If you don't work to maintain a right, you lose it.
01 ReplySo its okay for him to cum in her but not check her phone? Sure, she’s entitled to that right but I would run if I were him. Get your testosterone checked

Thanks, Captain Obvious! And your point is. . ?
Shhhhh, this doesn’t impact you directly
If couples can’t show each other their phones today will they have no business starting a family
- 1 y
You observe that i am 69 years old and then say it doesn’t concern me. WTF?
Do you have a grandkid or kid that you want to get with a someone that doesn’t show them their phone? Damn. It isn’t the 80s

@Oncewildtwiceburned You read what I wrote and implied something that I never said and never intended. I never suggested that a partner should be that secretive. I only asked WHY he wants to see the phone; I never said that was an improper requests. . . but I can imagine some circumstances in which it might be proper to refuse (such as my ex-wife, who was jealous of. every girl on the planet and frequently made baseless accusations.)

@Oncewildtwiceburned I don't see what his age has to do with it. Your asking GAG for advice so everyone that gives it is not impacted directly either.
None of your business. She may be hiding something, or she may not. Anyway, that's in the private sphere.
Ask yourself the logical follow-up question: your girlfriend wants to check your mobile. Would you be OK with that or would you refuse to show her your mobile?
Trust goes both ways.
10 Reply2K opinions shared on Relationships topic. If someone pulled that shit about wanting to check my mobile on me, I would tell them to fuck off. That's a huge red flag. Controlling, insecure, distrustful and probably untrustworthy.
Who do you think you are, the NSA? Secret police?05 Replyyou are 70

@Oncewildtwiceburned. Yeah. I had girlfriends from the time I was 16 and I've been married for 28 years. I never cheated or got cheated on.
I didn't spy on my girlfriends or wife. I think that's unethical.
My wife and I have access to each other's phones in case of emergency. But neither of us has any interest in going through them. And nobody has access to my laptop. Its not spying, if a guy or woman is serious about the person the phone test is simply a given today. When you’re just dating its ridiculous, but if both people confess their love and say they are exclusive and sincere to other person the phone is the first thing serious young couples share, albeit its after the bedroom and meeting each other’s friends and families. When exactly is up to the couple, but its a thing nowadays unless you are one of those polyamorous and polygamy weirdos that have no intention of raising kids together and being in love
It doesn’t apply to you. You’re my dad’s age, I’m glad you are still with us on this planet. Sorry for being rude sir
But if you have kids and grandkids just know that times have changed VERY MUCH SO. The phone test is something they are all familiar with, if they never want a family, fine, who cares then
Maybe her porn history is grosser than than your's. Or she talks to her friends about her diarrhea and how her ex used to fuck her face. Point being that privacy isn't just about infidelity.
00 Reply6.8K opinions shared on Relationships topic. If a woman asked me that, the relationship would be over. If you don't trust her, then leave. Usually people who don't trust their partners are cheaters themselves. Are you?

1 yWell, just never show her yours. Pull out and use a condom, you do not want to get her pregnant, don’t trust her about birth control if she won’t even show you her phone.

1 yThat is a personal item perhaps with information regarding something personal or family based. that is not relevant to you knowing about it. Have you offered unrestricted access to your phone and all its contents? Respect her wishes.

01 ReplySure, if they want to start a family or move in together this is a must if you have above 600 ng/dcl of test
