Do you want a partner? If not, do whatever you've been doing.

If so, I'm guessing you need to do some self-improvement, since they aren't hunting you down. At 32, I would get a set of calipers and measure your body fat %. Do some research on how to get it down, but the long and short of it is diet and exercise. More diet (90%) than exercise (10%), you can't out-exercise a bad diet.

Get 8 hours of sleep. Income should be minimum of $70K/year, if it's not, figure out how you can get there in the next 2 years, and/or $100k+ in the next 5 years. Get out and be social. Make some friends or hang out more with the ones you've got. Meet new people, stay in contact with them if possible. Jump at the opportunity to do nice things for others (like if someone needs help moving, or has some trouble you could lend a hand with like their car broke and they need a lift). Throw a party like a little dinner or bbq or something once a month and invite twice as many people as you want to be there (i. e. if you want about 10 people, invite 20-25. Lots of people flake, get sick, something comes up).

Being popular with others will go a long way towards ONE, increasing your pool of people to find a partner, and TWO, increasing the number of people who are going to say good things about you to anyone you might be interested in.

Learn how to chat with people, even people you don't want as a partner. Practice makes perfect. You don't go to a national league game having never practiced a day in your life, and the same goes for flirting with someone: last thing you want is the person you're interested to be the first person you ever tried to flirt with.

I'm guessing you're shy. Remember that partners don't come to you, you go to them.

Consider joining a singles group, and I don't mean a swinger's group. A group that does things together... walks, bike rides, trivia nights, dinners, picnics, etc. In the group, talk to others, find someone that you like and ask her out. Don't try to make her your partner. Just enjoy yourselves, ask others out if you like, and eventually you might find someone to be your partner.

Start dating? Do you have any female friends? If not, then start by making some. Learn to talk to women without hitting on them in the first five minutes.

Go join a group. Do charity 5ks, half marathons, whatever. I meet a ton of women that way.
