Why some people seek your full attention and then when they have it they just reject you or ignore you?

because they are seeking something they didn't get as children. Most probably parents' attention. And you can't give them that... so when they discover it doesn't work, they run away...

It's one of many reasons...

The good way is to wait before giving full attention. The attention seekers would resign because they didn't get what they wanted. The real guy will wait for you.

Don't reply too fast and don't give too much attention to anyone, when they are not that close to u ( close means someone who knows u since years or months).
They have to earn it by themselves. Your time and attention is not that cheap.
