sure as long it is someone in the same age group as they are.
An 18 year old and a 20 year old, sure, and 18 year old and a 35 year old no.
Under 18 they need to stay the same age. In the state I live in they are considered a minor until they are 18.

  I agree with that, but good luck with that, I hear that Jr. High kids are busy doinking each other now.

Did person A turn 18 before person B turned 16 or was it the other way around?
I don't think Seniors should date sophomores. Senior graduates, goes off to college or military or starts working full time, and still dates someone in high school?
