What word would you say is someone who honest, but mean with their honesty? Like saying you have no style, are bad with women, and are stupid?

My ex used to tell me those things, and to her she was just being honest, but isn't that just straight out disrespect or is that just being honest?

That's why she's your ex isn't it? Such brutal honesty is only appreciated if it comes from a person you know has your best interests in mind; your parents, your siblings, your mentor, etc. It's even appreciable from someone you're paying to be brutally honest. However, in a relationship people have to be more diplomatic upto a certain level.
